Sales Development Representative

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Sales Development Representative to work for one of our top global tech clients! In this role, you will drive new business in untapped markets, primarily across rural areas, to expand presence.Location: Minneapolis, MNPay: $32-$34/hr. (+ commissions)This in-market role requires at least 50% travel to targeted locations, with travel costs covered by the company.ResponsibilitiesTravel to emerging, untapped markets to introduce services and expand the company's footprint.Sell restaurant owners on the value of partnering, and negotiate revenue-sharing agreements to secure new partnerships.Manage a fast-paced, transactional deal cycle; close new business within days, contributing to overall regional growth strategy.Utilize sales resources including drop-off materials, gift cards, and branded business cards to aid in partnership acquisition.Qualifications2+ years in a closing sales role or related field.Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% of the time to destination markets.Proficiency in both inside and outside sales tactics to achieve target goals.Self-motivated with a knack for creating scalable strategies for success in new markets.Russell Tobin is a leading minority-owned professional and technical recruitment and staffing advisory organization.We are comprised of specialized practices focusing on a variety of skill sets and industries.
