With 4,000+ employees worldwide, POP MART has successfully set foot in more than 23 countries and regions, serving a diverse audience of cultural pioneers and art fans.What you will achieveTrack and file lease agreements, amendments, and renewals.Track and manage lease dates, terms, and critical milestones, ensuring compliance.Maintain and update lease files with accurate and organized documentation.Serve as the primary contact for billing related inquiries and requests.Coordinate timely submission of documentation, payments, and lease-related matters.Handle communication regarding lease renewals, rent adjustments, and administrative issues.Prepare lease summaries, rent roll reports, and related documents.Maintain leasing databases with current lease terms, rent schedules, and tenant info.Assist in creating and tracking budgets for leasing activities.Support calendar management, meeting prep, and follow-up for the leasing team.Gather data for market analysis, competitive leasing activity, and site evaluations.Provide administrative assistance and support the Leasing on special projects.What you will needHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field preferred.A minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing, property management, or a related administrative role, preferably within the retail sector.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage projects.
