Ivanti Neurons Developer/Administrator

Experience needed:2 - 3 years of experience as Ivanti Neurons for ITSM Administrator / Developer3 - 5 years of experience as Cherwell Service Management Administrator / DeveloperPrevious experience as Change Manager or Change CoordinatorAs we transition from Cherwell Service Management (CSM) to Ivanti Neurons for ITSM in 2025, we're looking for an Ivanti Neurons for ITSM Administrator / Developer with a recent history of CSM Administration / Development to perform Cherwell administrative activities (account creation, reporting, issue investigation / troubleshooting) as well as act as a Cherwell point-of-contact during the transition to Ivanti Neurons for ITSM. Upon project completion, this resource would become the sole Administrator / Developer for Neurons for ITSM.Additional responsibilities include Change Manager activities related to running CAB on a weekly basis.
