Job DescriptionDevelop project schedules for all phases of the project (Pre-construction through Close-out)Track, Update, and Report on schedule progress and performanceManage project schedule(s) with progress updates and delaysWork with the Project Construction and Project Management Teams to develop and maintain project schedulesCreate schedule fragnets and input into the schedule for Time Impact Analyses and/or scenario studiesDevelop Time Impact Analyses for completed, ongoing, and future workConduct Pull Planning Sessions with Construction Field Team, Consultants, and SubcontractorsLead schedule review meetings with Construction Field Team and/or Project Management TeamCollect scheduling data and input into the project schedule from various Logs i.e. Change Order, Procurement, Submittal, RFI, Billing/Requisitions, Commissioning, Close-out etc.Assist Scheduling Manager in the development, reviews, and reports for Project SchedulesAssist Scheduling Manager with the in the areas consisting of earned value analysis (EVM), cost/resource loading and modeling, claims, and other miscellaneous scheduling tasksREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management from an accredited institution and a minimum of 10 years' experience in project schedulingProficiency with Primavera P6 and ExcelStrong verbal and written communication skills are requiredConstruction project and program level schedulingHands-on experience in public projects, including buildings, infrastructure, water/wastewater, and/or commercial construction projects preferredStrong team building skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks concurrently with leadership from Scheduling ManagerProject site: Brooklyn new york
