Offering the quality care of a nursing facility from the comfort of home, we pride ourselves on recruiting the best staff in their respective fields.Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. As a strategic partner to leadership, the HR Director will play a key role in aligning the organization's people strategy with its business goals. This role is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, policy development, performance management, and cultivating a thriving workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's mission, vision, and goals.Provide strategic insights on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.Act as a change agent to support growth and transformation initiatives.Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.Champion employee engagement initiatives to drive retention and satisfaction.Oversee recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Design and manage comprehensive onboarding programs to integrate new employees effectively.Develop and implement succession planning and leadership development strategies.Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees, providing guidance on workplace issues and conflict resolution.Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.Conduct regular audits of HR processes and documentation to mitigate risks.Oversee employee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness.Design and implement performance-based bonus structures and incentive programs.Lead annual salary reviews and benchmarking processes.Manage and refine the performance review process to drive accountability and professional growth.Collaborate with managers to set clear goals, provide feedback, and support employee development.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of 5-7 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trust across all levels of an organization.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals.Proficiency in HRIS and other HR tools.SHRM or PHR certification is a plus.
