Role: Data ScientistLocation: Redmond, waExperience: Min of 6+ Full Time with People Tech GroupRequired skillset:Proficiency in data science languages such as Python, R, and SQL Familiarity working within the Skywise or Palantir Foundry cloud platform as well as using the associated Spark framework Familiarity with libraries and frameworks like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow Experience with data cleaning, preprocessing, data wrangling, exploratory data analysis Understanding of various machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering) as well as deep learning techniques Experience with aircraft flight recorder formats and processing standards Experience developing and deploying large language models (LLMs) specifically using Aviation Tech Ops data Familiarity with aircraft maintenance operations processes and protocols Proficiency in tools like Tableau Experience with cloud platforms like Azure Understanding of commercial aircraft subsystems Experience with NLP and Large Language Models Work directly with customers to translate business problems into data science problems Knowledge of data pipelines and ETL processes Experience with databases and data warehousing solutions
