As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to help elevate our brand and drive growth through influencer partnerships.Job Description: As the Influencer Marketing Manager at Sleepyhead, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that align with our brand values and drive sales. You will manage influencer partnerships across various platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, META, Amazon and more, creating engaging campaigns that resonate with our target audience. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of influencer-led campaigns that amplify Sleepyhead's presence and growth.Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development: Design and implement creative influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive conversions for Sleepyhead's mattress toppers across multiple platforms.Influencer Partnership Management: Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with relevant influencers and content creators who align with Sleepyhead's brand values and target market.Campaign Execution: Lead the development and execution of influencer-led campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of content that highlights our products in an engaging, authentic way.Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on influencer campaign performance, using data insights to optimize future campaigns and maximize ROI.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure all influencer marketing efforts align with broader brand strategies and initiatives.Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with trends in influencer marketing, social media platforms, and e-commerce, continuously refining strategies to stay ahead of the curve.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or lifestyle sector.Proven success in developing and executing influencer campaigns that drive brand engagement and sales.Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and influencer dynamics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and interpret campaign performance.Experience with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.Compensation:Salary: TBD depending on experienceIf you're a creative, results-driven marketer with a passion for influencer marketing, we'd love to hear from you!
