Graphic Designer

Our high-end real estate client in Coconut Grove, Florida, is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team. This contract role, with the potential to transition to a permanent position, offers the opportunity to contribute to the marketing and branding of luxury residential and commercial developments. This role will be located on site 5 days a week.Responsibilities:Design & Production: Develop and produce a variety of marketing materials for luxury condo and multi-family projects, including print and digital content. This includes brochures, direct mail campaigns, social media graphics, email blasts, event invitations, and more.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project goals.Content Creation: Take ownership of content generation, from initial concept to final execution, ensuring consistency across all platforms.Corporate Marketing: Assist in the design of materials for corporate initiatives, including community presentations, RFPs, and other business development collateral.Social Media: Create engaging designs optimized for social media platforms, with a strong focus on Facebook and Instagram.Required Qualifications:Luxury Real Estate Marketing: Experience designing for high-end residential or commercial real estate (pre-development marketing experience is a plus).Graphic Design Expertise: 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency: Strong skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (2+ years of experience in each).Social Media Design: Ability to design eye-catching and effective content for Facebook and Instagram.Design Aesthetic: A keen eye for beautiful, minimalistic design, with a focus on high-end luxury aesthetics.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
