This role is essential in ensuring the seamless settlement of trades, improving operational processes, and providing exceptional customer support. This position also offers growth opportunities, including FINRA license sponsorship, for ambitious professionals eager to expand their careers in the fintech industry.ResponsibilitiesEnsure timely and accurate settlement of domestic and international trade activity.Develop and organize standard operating procedures for all learned responsibilities.Perform fail comparison tasks, including through DTC's Obligation Warehouse and 17a13 quarterly confirmation.Manage issuance and tracking of broker-to-broker buy-in notices.Execute RAD functions and facilitate ACAT/non-ACAT customer transfers.Resolve daily trade breaks for equity products (e.g., stocks, ETFs, warrants).Reconcile cash, position, and suspense accounts.Track and report issues to senior team members for resolution.Manage internal and external customer requests via email and phone.Gain proficiency in exchange applications and proprietary systems.Qualifications3+ years of experience with NSCC and DTC systems (e.g., DTCC portal, PBS, Settlement Web).Proficiency with advanced Excel features (e.g., index, conditional formatting, macros, lookups).Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.BenefitsWork in an exciting fintech start-up environment.Be part of a close-knit team that is supportive of your career growth and success.Comprehensive health insurance.Opportunities for growth, including sponsorship for additional FINRA licenses.If you are ready to bring your expertise and enthusiasm to Adelphi Stock Brokers Inc., we'd love to hear from you!
