The Disney Lorcana Trading Card Game team is growing! After an enormously successful launch year, the Marketing team is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager. In this role, you'll collaborate with the central Disney Lorcana TCG Brand, Product, & Marketing teams and the Ravensburger regional sales & marketing teams to create and deliver global go-to-market plans for the Disney Lorcana TCG. You'll craft central marketing strategies and executional direction for campaigns, articulate clear and timely communications of marketing plans, coordinate global execution of campaigns by the regional marketing teams, and lead consolidated analysis and reporting of results to ensure effective spending and pivot plans as we learn, ultimately driving brand growth and fan engagement. The Marketing team is highly collaborative and works to deliver outstanding fan experiences by closely partnering with each other, the expanded Disney Lorcana teams in Seattle and across the world, and with key external partners.What You'll DoCraft and execute Disney Lorcana Trading Card Game marketing campaigns for every type of player and across all touchpointsCollaborate across the central Disney Lorcana TCG marketing, product, and brand teams and the Ravensburger regional sales and marketing teams on go-to-market plans and marketing campaigns to ensure a seamless and integrated fan experienceClearly and timely communicate marketing strategy and go-to-market plans to internal stakeholders, regional teams, and key external partnersEnsure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing efforts, maintaining the integrity and growth of the Disney Lorcana TCG brandCreate and deliver reports and presentations that clearly communicate campaign strategy, execution plans, and analysis of results and impactConsolidate, analyze, and communicate global campaign performance metrics and lead strategic and executional pivots as we learnEducate, train, and coach teams on general marketing best practices and Disney Lorcana specific implementationsWork closely with project management and Licensor to ensure that all marketing campaign elements are clearly communicated and submitted for approvalResearch and synthesize consumer insights and industry trends and be the expert our competitorsTravel is expected approximately 10%, including international travelWhat You'll Bring5+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering marketing campaigns, preferably in gaming, entertainment, or related industriesProven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, particularly for a product or brand with a passionate fan communityPassion for TCGs and an affinity for DisneyIn-depth understanding of the TCG market, including key players, competitive landscape, and fan culture preferredExisting Disney Lorcana TCG knowledge or an eagerness to deeply learnConsumer insights driven with a knack for crafting engaging campaigns that resonate with diverse audiencesThrives working in a fast-paced, evolving industry with shifting prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas persuasively.
