Wheelhouse 20/20 is a full-service marketing agency based in Beaverton, Oregon that is searching for a skilled and data driven Paid Ads Coordinator to join our growing team! We are looking for a candidate with a few years of experience, preferably from an agency background, to support and optimize paid advertising campaigns for a variety of clients.Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs our Paid Ads Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on driving results. You will be responsible for executing PPC, meta advertising, and Google campaigns, managing landing pages, tracking conversions and reporting against KPIs. A strong understanding of data analytics and reporting is crucial for success in this role.Direct ResponsibilitiesCampaign ManagementDevelop and execute effective paid advertising strategies across platforms including Google (SEM, Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Suite (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok.Develop and execute effective paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms, including PPC, meta advertising, and Google advertising.Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and campaign optimization to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between paid advertising efforts and overall marketing initiatives.Manage landing page builds, ensuring they are optimized for conversion and user experience.Implement and maintain conversion tracking mechanisms to measure campaign performance accurately.Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to optimize campaign performance and maintain a competitive edge.Manage several large, national advertising campaigns simultaneouslyProvide strategic insight into audience targeting and segmentationParticipate in internal kick off calls for campaignsProvide accurate, informed keyword research to Digital Manager and Marketing Director for each campaign prior to set up A/B test, monitor and optimize all campaigns, including (but not limited to):Advertising placement Budget allocation/splitConversion actions (form fills, calls)Creative/graphicsCall to ActionCollaborate with Digital Manager and Web Development Team to implement relevant tracking measures, including (but not limited to):Providing Facebook Pixel and Google TagsSetting up conversion actionsProviding recommendations to improve tracking results and visibilityUsing project management tools as part of the regular workflowReportingProvide weekly campaign wrap-ups, detailing adjustments made, insights, A/B testing results, and recommendations.Collaborate with the Paid Ads Specialist and Account Manager on monthly and quarterly reporting to demonstrate ROI and campaign performance.Deliver strategic reporting beyond vanity metrics, ensuring clarity around budget spend and campaign impact.Provide weekly budget updates to Digital Team and Accounting (budget vs actual spend).Why Join Wheelhouse 20/20Lead high-profile accounts for a forward-thinking and innovative agency.Collaborate with a talented, supportive team in a culture that values growth and creativity.Competitive salary and benefits package with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the US.
