Remote - ContractNo vendors pleaseJob Summary:We're seeking an experienced IAM Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM, cloud engineering, and software development, with a bonus for expertise in PingIdentity products, including DaVinci.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain IAM solutions using OAuth2, SAML, OIDC, and PingIdentity tools.Create DaVinci workflows for multi-factor authentication.Update PingFederate policies and improve system architectures.Lead technical projects from planning to delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.Conduct code reviews, optimize processes, and champion automation initiatives.Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.Document solutions for team reference and knowledge sharing.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).3-5 years of experience managing IT or business projects.Expertise in Python 3.10+, IAM platforms (e.g., PingIdentity, Okta, SailPoint), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, SonarQube) and testing tools (Postman, JMeter).At least two AWS Associate certifications (or Professional Solutions Architect certification).Preferred Skills:Leadership experience in IAM or cloud engineering.Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.Healthcare experience and familiarity with BPM, MDM, or container technologies are a plus.Key Skills:Strong knowledge of SSO, OAuth2, SAML, OIDC, and IAM concepts.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.Experience in systems engineering and cost/benefit analysis.
