Junior Graphic Designer

Job Overview:We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designerto join our creative team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in graphic design, an eye for detail, and a passion for creating engaging visual assets. The role will report to the Director of Marketing and focus on designing collateral materials and supporting digital, print and social media efforts.Key Responsibilities:• Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.• Create visual assets for social media, email campaigns, and the company website.• Adapt and refine existing templates to ensure brand consistency.• Assist in developing layouts and graphics for presentations and event materials.• Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to meet project goals and deadlines.• Organize and manage design files to maintain an efficient workflow.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.• Advanced fluency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).• A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and aesthetic judgment.• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.• Ability to work collaboratively and take direction effectively.Nice-to-Have Skills:• Familiarity with motion graphics (e.g., After Effects).• Basic knowledge of web design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.• Experience with social media content creation.What We Offer:• Hands-on mentorship from experienced creatives.• Opportunity to work in a cutting-edge multimedia environment.• Access to a creative, collaborative, and supportive team culture.• Salary range is $70k to $90K commensurate with experience and skill along with a comprehensive benefits package and generous PTO.About Pier59 Studios:Pier59 Studios is the world's largest and most prestigious multimedia studio complex, known for pushing creative boundaries in fashion, entertainment, and virtual production.
