As we continue expanding our presence in both new and established markets, we are seeking a driven and experienced Fundraising and Capital Acquisition Lead to join our team.In this role, you will play a critical part in securing funding to drive our real estate initiatives, encompassing land acquisition, construction, and the development of residential properties. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships with investors, financial institutions, and private equity firms specializing in real estate. You will collaborate closely with our development and finance teams to craft and execute capital-raising strategies aligned with the company's growth goals and portfolio objectives.Responsibilities:Capital Sourcing and AcquisitionEstablish and nurture relationships with potential investors, including private equity firms, banks, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional investors focused on real estate.Maintain robust relationships with investors, providing regular updates on project milestones, financial performance, and residential real estate market trends.Fundraising Strategy DevelopmentDesign and execute tailored fundraising strategies for each project, preparing high-quality investment materials, including pitch decks, financial models, and presentations.Financial Planning and FeasibilityCollaborate with finance and development teams to forecast funding needs, assess project viability, and optimize the capital structure for real estate deals.Due Diligence ManagementLead due diligence processes, ensuring transparent and accurate financial disclosures on real estate assets such as land valuations, construction costs, and expected returns.Deal Structuring and NegotiationNegotiate financing terms, including equity and debt structures, to secure favorable agreements that maximize project profitability.Compliance and ReportingEnsure adherence to applicable regulations related to zoning, financing, and securities. Manage investor reporting, offering regular updates on project progress and capital allocation.Market ResearchConduct ongoing analyses of the residential real estate market, monitoring trends in demand, pricing, and regulatory changes to inform fundraising and development efforts.Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the real estate industry is required.The ideal candidate must possess proficiency in both Spanish and English.A bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business administration, or a related field is required. An MBA or a professional certification in Real Estate or Finance is highly preferred.Proven track record in raising capital for real estate development, with in-depth knowledge of the residential real estate sector. Expertise in financial modeling, project analysis, and valuation is essential.Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with an established network of contacts in the real estate investment community.Exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail, coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Flexibility to travel as needed to explore new opportunities and oversee expansion initiatives.
