We are looking for an amazingly talented Manager of Infrastructure & Security to join our team In this role you will be a leader and key contributor in the areas of platform architecture and security operations You will join an energetic, highly collaborative team laser focused on customer success.What You'll Be Doing:Key contributor and go-to resource for infrastructure design, security, and operationsKey contributor to platform architectureLeader of compliance and integration effortsAssist with the design, engineering, deployment, and maintenance of playbooks and custom automation products as threats change and new security tools and controls emergeAssist with the evaluation of automation tools for use by the DevOps team to integrate new functionality with existing systemsDevelop integrations with 3rd party services and APIsDevelop tools and automated tests for improving our compliance and security posturePartner with other development and business teams to manage dependencies and communicate technical specificationsWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, computer security, or computer science preferred5-7 years of direct experience performing hands-on administration in an enterprise environment, preferably in a Security Operations Center or DevSecOps Team.Microsoft Azure architecture, deployment, and maintenanceFamiliarity with organization and operations of a SOC environmentREST API best practices and usageNetwork security experienceWindows and SQL administration tools and conceptsHands-on experience with security technologies such as SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR, IAM principles and othersSolid understanding of network operating systems and firewallsFamiliarity with access control models and network securityExperience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis toolsAbility to architect, automate, and deploy security tools across an enterprise networkAbility to interface with and describe security concerns to users, customers, and senior leadershipExcellent professional writing and public speaking skills, with an emphasis on creating sensible policies and procedures related to enterprise-wide security initiativesStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environmentAbility to communicate to a technical and non-technical audienceA highly competitive Spirit.Can collaborate and influence in a "win as a team" environment.Highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven.
