Clients receive white glove support, from the migration from their legacy CRM platform to ongoing day-to-day training and troubleshooting.About the Role WelcomeHome is uniquely positioned to derive and deliver data and insights to the thousands of customers we serve in the senior living space. Data on industry performance and trends, sales optimization and best practices, and system utilization support our customers in making the strategic decisions that drive sales success. The Customer Insights function is focused on thinking outside of the box to solve some of our customer's most complex problems, leveraging large data and advanced analytics to do so.The Mgr. of Data & Analytics will be an integral player in upleveling Customer Insights' analytical rigor and functional maturity. Combining deep expertise in PostgreSQL, python and database management, this role requires a strong appetite for technical problem-solving, a passion for building teams and data products, an eye for detail, and a strong lean toward ownership and process.This hire will be expected to support analytical oversight and processes across the Customer Insights team, as well as be a driving force for data strategy, including data discovery, expansion and execution. The role reports directly to the VP of Customer Insights, and will play a role in supporting junior members of the team.The Responsibilities: Maintain expert knowledge of WelcomeHome's database and analytical processes, including: CRM functionality / fields and linkage to the database, data structure, fields and definitions, key metrics and calculationsPartner with the VP of Customer Insights on ongoing CI data strategy, improvement, and roadmap, including tracking existing fields and metrics, expanding and aggregating data, and discovery on new analysis and technical approaches to analysisOwn and execute complex technical projects as well as analysis to support customers and the internal teamWork closely with Customer Insights analysts to support technical projects, including technical process outlining, brainstorming, and code review.Aggregate, store and manage external data sources to leverage alongside internal sales and marketing databaseSupport buildout of scalable insights production and visualization for internal and external stakeholders in partnership with CS and Product and DevSupport buildout of new data products and offeringsAbout You: Atlanta-based or willing to relocate for hybrid in-person role3-5 years of experience driving data-based projects with SQL, python and data visualization tools in a professional environment (bonus for experience at SaaS or CRM companies)Demonstrated experience supporting analytics for multiple stakeholders and cross functional teamsExperience cleaning, mining, building, navigating, and manipulating large databases; experience or familiarity with data engineering is a bonusExperience scraping or analyzing publicly available government or demographic data; experience managing large scale survey data is a plusAbility to work well independently and think proactively; good time management and organizational skillsA willingness to roll your sleeves up to find creative solutions and approaches to data challenges and needsA servant leadership orientation and strong appetite for teamwork and collaborationA degree in data science, data engineering, statistics, or a similarly analytical or data centric fieldsWhat You'll GetWelcomeHome values all of its employees and strives to provide a competitive compensation package.
