Back-End Developer | Up to $260K Base | Hybrid Work | Power Scalable Tech Solutions!Hybrid (San Francisco, USA)About the RoleVenchr is looking for an experienced Back-End Developer to help design, build, and scale the core infrastructure of our platform. This is an opportunity to solve complex technical challenges while contributing to an impactful, innovative project in the tech space.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain back-end systems using Python and deploy them on AWSBuild robust APIs to support front-end development and third-party integrations.Develop systems to curate and deliver content from diverse sources.Create and maintain a scalable, secure, and reliable backend architecture.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow and integration.Optimize platform performance to handle increasing loads and ensure stability.Requirements:4+ years of experience in back-end development.Expertise in Python and experience with AWS servicesStrong understanding of database systems and designing scalable architectures.Proven experience building APIs for front-end integration.Familiarity with large-scale content processing and distributed systems.Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.Preferred Qualifications:Experience developing complex payout or reconciliation systems.Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines or data workflows.Basic knowledge of front-end development for better collaboration with UI/UX teams.A passion for working on innovative technology solutions.Venchr is an equal opportunity employer.
