We bring our expertise and innovation to every project we undertakePosition: Data Architect with Azure Synapse Analytics & ( State Dept Project Experience Needed )Duration : ContractLocation : Tallahassee, Florida( Remote Work )Note : Client State DeptNote : Consultant with State Dept Project would be added Advantage for this roleNote : ( State Dept Project Experience Needed ).........................Note : HealthCare Domain...........................Note: (the candidates may be allowed to work remote but will need to visit the office in Tallahassee at their own expense for meetings)Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders and the development team to define project scope, vision, and requirements.Design and implement comprehensive data architectures aligned with business goals using:Azure Synapse AnalyticsAzure SQL DatabaseAzure Managed InstanceManage and optimize Dedicated SQL Pools in Synapse for large-scale data warehousing.Develop and manage ETL processes using Synapse Pipelines to ensure efficient data flow.Implement data governance practices and manage the data catalog for quality, consistency, and accessibility.Create and maintain scalable, high-performance data models.Ensure data security and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.Document procedures and maintain system manuals.Research and recommend software solutions to align with current and future technology trends.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Technical Expertise4+ years of experience with Azure Synapse AnalyticsDedicated SQL PoolsAzure SQL Database, and Azure Managed Instance5+ years of experience with advanced T-SQL, including DDL, DML, stored procedures, transactions, and error handling.3+ years of experience with data architecture principles and best practices.2+ years of cloud computing experience, specifically Microsoft Azure.1+ years of experience with Python or Scala and tools like SalesforceMessage MQ, and MuleSoftSoft SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client engagement.Adaptability to changing project requirements and constructive feedback.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Education and CertificationsRequiredBachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).PreferredMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Certification and MS Dynamics Power Platform Certification.
