The Company's products continuously push the boundaries of performance innovation without sacrificing safety, offering today's consumers immediate solutions.Primary Position Responsibilities:• Manage suppliers, RFQ's, component orders, and artwork• Issue and track purchase order requisitions, invoices, and outbound shipments• Assist with new product launches, timelines• Oversee tech transfers• Evaluate Bill of Materials and differences• Review purchase order costs and lead times for finished goods and components• Ensure Supply Plan can be upheld• Oversee order management process to ensure organization can meet finished good production timeline• Manage invoice discrepancies with purchase order costs• Oversee shipments for finished goods (for core and new products)• Manage samples for Contract Manufacturers and labs• Track Air freight• Run Out management for raw materials and packaging components• Track raw material liabilities with suppliers• Supplier performance management• Inventory reconciliation for finished good's• Assist in SKU/BOM set up• Coordinate with Mission, Regulatory, Planning, Packaging, Logistics, FinanceRequirementsBA in Supply Chain or Business ManagementExperience in beauty or skincare preferredExperience with NetSuite preferredWork Location and Hours:• Employee will work in the corporate offices located in Santa Monica, CA• Work Hours: General company-wide work hours are from 8:30am - 5:30pm What We Offer:• Competitive salary and benefits package• An opportunity to grow with a dynamic and innovative company• A positive, collaborative work culture• Staff discounts on clean skincare products
