We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with 5-7 years of experience to join our HRBP team. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals to drive performance and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities:Effectively partner with business leaders to understand their business and needs to create strategies that support organizational goals.Work with leaders on workforce planning and succession planning to ensure the right talent is in place.Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance on policies and procedures while fostering a positive workplace culture.Support performance management by providing coaching to managers on performance discussions and career development.Identify training needs within assigned group(s) and facilitate development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee buy-in.Partner with People Operations team to utilize HR metrics to assess and improve HR processes and programs, making data-driven decisions to enhance employee engagement and retention.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.5-7 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner role or similar capacity.Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
