Director of Financial Planning

The Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Reporting will support the Vice President - Finance/CAO and demonstrate a creative and analytical approach to problem-solving and/or decision support with analyses and reports. Will be responsible for working on an independent basis developing the annual budget's financial projections, modeling simulations and pro-forma budgets and financial reports and may assume a team lead role.Major Responsibilities:Analyze data and create reports on an ongoing or ad-hoc basis utilizing Microsoft Excel or other software with a creative, analytical approach to problem-solving and/or decision support.Develop financial projections, modeling, simulations along with proforma budget and financial reports independently.Obtain an in-depth knowledge of Oracle CONNECT, Workday, Salesforce, AS400 and other software programs as they apply.Under the direction of the CAO, supervises the budgeting process:Monthly progress of individual branch budgetsPreparation of guidelinesBudget preparation and trainingAnalyze budget proposalsBudget reporting Directs the preparation of annual financial statements, with the independent Certified Public Accountants Internal and/or external compliance reporting relating to bonds, loans and other areas as required. Work closely with branches and departments to ensure all needs are met. Other duties as assigned.
