They work across entertainment, car dealerships, commercial and retail with projects typically valuing between $2mil - $15mil.About The RoleThe project manager will be responsible to supervise and manage the successful completion of multiple construction projects concurrently, ensuring that they are completed within the set timeline, budget, and quality standards.Lead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met within specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates.Coordinate and supervise all aspects of project execution, including procurement, construction activities, subcontractor management, and project documentation.Rewards And BenefitsMy client is paying between $120,000 - $140,000 per annum + Bonus. The benefits they offer include project bonuses, medical, dental, and 401-k plans.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years' experience in managing commercial ground-up projects valuing up to $20mil.Experience working for a commercial general contractorComputer Skills Required - Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
