Our new 53,000 square foot headquarters and manufacturing facility is less than 3 years old.Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in our equipment sales division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in inside sales, technical sales, and business development. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to develop professional relationships, and a passion for helping others to succeed. As National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies and personnel, managing client and provider relationships, and participating in marketing and training events.DutiesLead and manage the inside sales team to achieve company internal organizational goals.Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the car wash equipment market.Conduct warm calling to potential clients to generate leads and build relationships.Utilize company CRM to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics.Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that align with business objectives.Train and mentor team members on best practices in technical sales and effective communication techniques.Communicate regularly with clients and providers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.Attend and participate in industry trade shows, customer visits and partner development.QualificationsProven experience in inside sales management or a similar role.Preferred experience with national accounts with an emphasis on the fuel and convenience store equipment market. Strong understanding of technical sales processes and methodologies.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for managing client relationships.A bachelor's degree is preferred.
