If you're passionate about workforce planning, innovative sourcing, and building strong talent pipelines, we want to hear from you!Recruiter Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers and HR leaders to assess staffing needs for union and non-union positionsDevelop innovative strategies to attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and local networksManage every step of the recruitment process, from job postings and applicant screening to interviews, offers, and onboardingWork closely with union representatives, workforce development organizations, and educational institutions to establish strong talent pipelinesRecruiter Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environmentExperience recruiting for both union and non-union roles; familiarity with collective bargaining agreements is a plusStrong understanding of labor laws and hiring compliance standardsProven ability to manage high-volume recruiting with competing deadlinesExceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust across diverse teamsProficiency in ATS and HRIS platformsBilingual candidates are strongly preferred. This role is based onsite in Mundelein, IL. You'll start onsite full-time to build relationships and learn about the team, with the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule in the future.
