The Relationship Manager provides the highest support and service to our advisors by serving as the advocate for their practice by working with our internal departments to create a white glove service experience. Advisor Services Relationship Managers are well-rounded professional individuals, with knowledge in several different areas that enable them to provide advisors with a consultative experience for their firm.This position is a hybrid role in our Clearwater, FL location, requiring 5 days in-office for the first 6 months and then 3 days in-office per week going forward.Responsibilities:Provide exceptional client service as a point of contact for our largest, most complex firms, while also assisting with other firms on our platform in a team-based approachEducate our Advisors on operational or technology changes and help Advisors find the most efficient and effective ways for doing business on our website.Research complex issues related to service requests, technology requests, operational requests, among others and determine a course of action to bring the issue to resolution. This may require working with several internal departments, First Clearing, or any applicable vendors to resolve issues expeditiously.Spot issues or impacts in advance and proactively communicate with advisors to ensure we exceed expectations, thus ensuring high Advisor satisfaction.Build rapport with advisors through active listening and open-ended dialogue while gaining an understanding of their overall firm needs.Record all interactions in our internal CRM, including emails, calls, etc. to ensure we have a holistic understanding of our Advisor engagements with us.Work in a learn, practice, and master environment to grow your understanding in a wide spectrum of topics to provide excellent service and support.Operate with a one transaction mentality to centralize the communications with our advisors, while providing the appropriate connections to support more complicated needs.Provide feedback to internal departments regarding advisor patterns and interactions to address specific needs.Work closely with management to review and address current processes and procedures at the firm and whether there are opportunities for optimization that can ultimately save the firm, or our clients, time.Work closely with technology team to make recommendations for platform changes or improvements based on advisor feedback and usage trends.Actively solicit advisors to attend the annual Synergy Conference through emails and outbound calls.Attend annual Synergy Conference, connecting with and maintaining a positive relationship with advisors and vendors.Travel to Advisor offices for prepared, in-person meetings with an agenda you drive based on historical interactions, pain points the Advisor may be having, or overall opportunities for enhancing their experience.Host client meetings at our branch office or at other company sponsored events.Stay informed of industry trends and evolving technology updates both internally and externally.Represent TradePMR at conferences across the country and maintain a professional demeanor at all times while entertaining current or potential clients.Skills:Demonstrate high understanding of TradePMR features, tools, and productsHeart to serve with a passion for problem solving and helping others with finding solutions to complex requestsCurious learner that is motivated to learn more about their role, their clients, and our platformWillingness to take on new responsibilities with an execution mentality to ensure a seamless experience for our AdvisorsAbility to work independently, with a self-motivated approach.
