The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes, assisting with order management, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment. This position has a succession plan to step up to an account manager in a short period of time for someone that shows ambition to grow. Key Responsibilities:Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Maintain and update customer records in the company database.Prepare quotes, invoices, and other sales-related documentation.Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing updates on orders.Collaborate with the sales team to track and manage sales leads.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to fulfill orders.Support the preparation of sales reports and forecasts.Assist with resolving customer issues and escalations in a professional manner.Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).1-2+ years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role.Familiarity with aerospace components and distribution (a plus).Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Why Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and inclusive company culture.Be part of an industry that supports innovation and global connectivity.
