This position will be an integral contributor to the success of the awards program with the overall objectives of driving increased program awareness and revenue and assisting in all facets of the program management, marketing, and execution of our prestigious Clio judging processes.This is a full-time, hybrid role in our NYC Chelsea office, reporting to our Executive Director. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at problem-solving, and are driven by a desire to continuously improve and innovate, we invite you to join us in growing the Clio healthcare practice.What You'll Do as Senior Manager Reporting to the Executive Director, lead the management of all aspects of program development and operations for the Clio Health Awards, Clio Health Innovators and Clio Health Catalyst Conversation programsCoordinate the development and distribution of marketing materials to be used by Clio social, PR and product teamsResearch and build trade relationships with key industry trade organizations in collaboration with the Executive DirectorResearch creative professionals and their work within the health advertising, design and communication fieldsManage the selection, solicitation and securing of jurors under the guidance of the Executive DirectorFacilitate judging sessions by moderating, managing media, ensuring accuracy of results and building relationships with jurorsManage judging administration, including communication and scheduling with jurors as well as cross-team collaboration internallyCollaborate with the Growth Marketing team on targeted award submission research and outreachIn partnership with the client relations team, review entry submissions to account for all required program materialsAssist in client relations, such as answering entry questions, recommending categories and guiding entrants through the entry systemAttend and participate in client meetings Manage email marketing efforts and regularly update contacts in HubSpotCurate and deploy weekly program newsletter Support the Executive Director in new business development and initiativesWho You AreBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a closely related field or a combination of education and relevant industry experience 4-6 years of professional experience; ideally at an agency or within the advertising industryPassion for the health and wellness industryExceptional relationship skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and confidence in presenting to new audiencesStrong project management skills with the ability to manage several workflows concurrentlyHighly organized with ability to handle heavy workloads and work autonomously to achieve objectivesExtrovert who shows hustle and grit on a daily basis with determination to hit goalsThrive in a startup environment and is motivated by the challenge to do things that have never been doneWillingness to travel 1-2 weeks per year to assist with off-site eventsOffice Location and Days in OfficeCandidate would be expected to be in the New York City office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, along with additional days as needed for events, site visits, etc. Monday and Friday are remote work days.
