Global FI Operations Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Operations Analyst with a strong background in global fixed income trading support and reconciliation, and proficiency in Python to support a transition from Excel. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our trading operations, ensuring seamless execution, and contributing to the development of automated trading strategies and tools.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive support for fixed income trading activities, including trade capture, confirmation, and settlement processes.Utilize Python to analyze trading data, develop insights, and improve operational efficiencies.Develop and maintain automated tools and scripts to streamline trading operations and reporting processes.Monitor and manage operational risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of trading activities, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly.Work closely with traders, portfolio managers, and other internal teams to support trading strategies and enhance operational workflows.Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on trading activities, P&L, and other key metrics.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
