Business Analyst/Project Coordinator SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Business Analyst/Project Coordinator for a high-profile, long-term opportunity in Columbia, SC. Partial onsite/remote. Required Qualifications of the Business Analyst/Project CoordinatorApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies. Ability to analyze and document business and system processes using various methods and tools.Expertise designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions meeting complex business requirements. Excellent interpersonal skills, written communications skills, and verbal communications skills.Understanding of IT development and implementation projectsMs office (word, excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio), and MS SharePointResponsibilities of the Business Analyst/Project Coordinator:Study and learn system capabilities associated with assigned Health and Integration systems.Work with Program Area System Owners and Subject Matter experts to learn and document their business functions, processes, requirements and needs.Work with the team to create and update technical documentation and requirementsAssist with gap analysis of current state to future state to ensure business and process requirements are met.Prepare and manage project documents.Create system, architecture, and data flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio including current and future state diagrams.Schedule and conduct stakeholder meetings providing agendas in advanceFacilitate communication between the team and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.Work Location: 3 daysONSITE per week IN COLUMBIA, SC.Compensation / Benefits:Full-Time Employment with SYSTEMTEC means a competitive salary + paid OT, PTO, holidays, health, dental, disability, and life coverage, 401K, tuition reimbursement and more.
