The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in sales leadership, a strong network within the landscaping or related industries, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company growth goals.Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.Market Development: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, expand client base, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.Revenue Growth: Drive top-line revenue through effective prospecting, pipeline management, and client retention strategies.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.Performance Metrics: Monitor sales KPIs, prepare detailed reports, and recommend adjustments to improve results.Required QualificationsExperience: 10+ years in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within the landscaping, construction, or related service industries.Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding multimillion-dollar revenue targets.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and lead teams to achieve ambitious goals.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics, and digital marketing techniques.Networking Ability: Strong connections with property developers, contractors, and decision-makers in New Jersey.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).Personal AttributesHighly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.BenefitsCompetitive base salary up to $150,000.Performance-based bonuses and incentives.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with company match.Generous PTO and professional development opportunities.
