Business Operations Manager/ Project Manager

Job Title Wallet - Senior Business Operations Manager (Project Manager)Duration 12+ Months (Will extend with possibility of contract to hire)Location New York, NY (Hybrid)Role and Responsibilities:Join the Business Operations team within the Wallet in the United StatesManage daily activities of new features launching within Wallet including relevant project management efforts, performance tracking, documentation management, and internal communications (stakeholder management and reporting)Collaborate with Business Development, Product, and Marketing teams to align strategy and capture business requirementsConceptualize and develop solutions such as dashboards and reports to track KPIs and drive business performance / support decision makingDevelop ongoing and ad-hoc executive reports on Wallet performance and present to relevant stakeholders and leadership on trends and opportunitiesIdentify, develop and execute on improvements to data analysis and internal processes improve operational efficiencySkills and Qualifications:BA/BS required;At least 8+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or strategic planning, ideally within the mobile, services, or payments spaceExperience developing and managing business and feature performance reports for leadershipExperience with data analysis, identifying business insights, and developing recommendations for enhanced business performanceExperience with project management including developing internal information flows and documentation for new projects, stakeholder management, reporting, etc.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teamsStrong communication and presentation skills including experience presenting to senior executivesAbility to deal with ambiguity, solve complex problems, and navigate large, global organizationsAbility to work proficiently in technical settingsStrong analytical skills including advanced Excel (e.g., macros and pivot tables)Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, etc.) strongly desiredKorean language proficiency a plus however, not required"Aditi Consulting LLC uses AI technology to engage candidates during the sourcing process.
