Our client, a rapidly growing service provider in the Valley Forge, PA area, is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Partner to their team. The Talent Acquisition Partner will support both exempt and non-exempt requisition and will report to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. This role is required to be onsite 4 days per week in Valley Forge - Fridays are a remote day.Responsibilities:Responsible for full life cycle recruiting for all corporate and sales positions, and plant positions Supervisor and aboveEstablish and maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates, providing excellent customer service and pro-active communicationAssist Talent Acquisition staff with implementing standardized recruiting practices - including but not limited to internal and external postings, creating recruiting collateral materials, and consistently promoting open positions on IFTV, social media, job boards and other outlets as appropriateSupport partnering with hiring managers to develop individual recruiting plans for assigned open positionsConduct candidate sourcing through various recruiting techniques including job boards, social media, networking and other internet research techniquesManage the offer and pre-employment screening process including administration of drug tests, background checks and E-VerifyAssist with creating and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive talentMinimum Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferredMinimum 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experienceSome experience in a corporate HR environmentFlexible, with the ability and willingness to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesExperience with an ATS such as iCIMS is a plusJuno is an Equal Opportunity Employer that provides equal opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, genetic predisposition or carrier status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
