Job Description: Graphic Designer for Sweater LinesWe are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 6-8 years of experience to join our team, specializing in designing graphics for women's, contemporary, and jr sweater lines, including our holiday sweater collections. This role is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual that has a passion for Fashion! Key Responsibilities:Design Development: Create innovative and engaging graphics for all sweater lines, ensuring alignment with seasonal themes and account needs.Trend Research: Stay current with fashion trends, conducting market research to interpret and integrate influences into design work for each brand.Collaboration: Work proactively with team members across all levels of the design department, fostering strong relationships to ensure the success of products.Creative Flexibility: Recolor and adapt designs based on seasonal and account-specific requirements.Production Preparation: Prepare artwork files for production and development, ensuring accuracy and readiness for manufacturing processes.Deadline Management: Meet all project deadlines, maintaining high-quality standards in all deliverables.Requirements:6-8 years of experience in graphic design, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in sweater or knitwear graphics.A strong understanding of graphic design, including a keen eye for trends.Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD)software, such as Adobe Illustrator & photoshop, Microsoft Word, and ExcelFocus on creating production-ready artwork.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Additional Information:This position offers a dynamic and creative environment where you will play a vital role in shaping our sweater lines.
