This property and brand are renowned for their trendsetting approach to creating celebrated culinary concepts. Position SummaryThe Head of Bars will oversee the bar program of the hotel and it's restaurants. This role requires a hands-on leader who excels at managing service teams, ensuring high standards, and driving guest satisfaction while achieving financial objectives. Service must be personable and warm not robotic.
