Supervisor

REPORTS TO: PLANT MANAGERDESCRIPTION: The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all employees within the production environment on a specified shift, ensuring production goals are met, maintaining appropriate and necessary production reports for upper management, monitoring workflow in order to ensure optimal output and quality, and guaranteeing all company policies and safety requirements are maintained. This position is located in Belton, SC. Responsibilities for the position include: Planning, organizing, directing, and running optimum day-to-day operations, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining quality and employee safety. Managing production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards. Ensuring production output, product quality, and on-time shipping of products. Effectively allocating resources and utilizing assets to produce optimal results. Assist in the recruitment and training of all new team members. Collect and review data to reduce inefficiencies and waste. Analyze data and craft reports to present to upper management concerning all aspects of the plant. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred. 2+ years' experience in management in a manufacturing environment. Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic disciplines. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Shift Schedule: Offers 12-hour shifts - 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Compensation: $28-$36 per hour depending on experience.
