We have a wide remit and visibility, operating cross-functionally on a variety of levels within the business and with our clients.This is an exciting opportunity for meticulous team players with a background in operations, law, compliance, or risk management looking for a new opportunity in a high-growth commercial environment.The RoleReporting to the U.S. Director of Client Protection, who is based in New York, you will co-manage the Client Protection team in New York to...Continuously enhance and execute Client Protection best practices.Identify and implement robust legal and compliance policies and procedures to ensure we deliver our services in a way that is compliant with applicable laws and regulations.Work directly with clients in the compliance and legal space to support business development and offer superior client service.Design and conduct compliance training for our delivery teams and the entire organization.Partner on long-term strategic projects that anticipate, develop, and set industry standards in our rapidly growing industry.Requirements3-5 years experience in related fields such as law, risk management, operations, or compliance.Experience growing, developing, and leading a team of people.Experience in project and/or program management.BA/BS from a top university in the US.People-oriented, emotionally intelligent team player, with the ability to de-escalate situations patiently and calmly, yet quickly and effectively.Attention to detail and curiosity, possessing the ability to spot issues, get to the heart of the matter, and formulate a clear solution.Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively both in writing and in person.Authority and poise, with the ability to present well and manage relationships with junior and senior stakeholders.
