Our clients are shaping the future of artificial intelligence, and every hire we make has a significant impact on their success.As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll focus on the delivery side of recruitment, managing the end-to-end candidate journey. This role is perfect for someone passionate about sourcing, engaging, and placing exceptional technical talent, without the responsibility of business development.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and engage top-tier engineering and research talent using platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and technical forums.Conduct candidate screenings to assess technical expertise, cultural fit, and career motivations.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring consistent communication and a positive experience throughout the hiring process.Manage and organize candidate pipelines effectively using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Prepare candidates for interviews, provide feedback, and guide them through negotiation and offer stages.Work closely with account managers to ensure alignment with client hiring needs and deliver exceptional results.Stay informed on trends in AI, machine learning, HPC, and related technologies to engage knowledgeably with candidates.Qualifications & Experience1-3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on technical or engineering roles.Familiarity with technical concepts such as software engineering, machine learning, AI chips, or HPC infrastructure is highly advantageous.Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with highly skilled professionals in competitive markets.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools is a plus.A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience and placing talent that drives innovation.What We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based commissions/bonuses.Opportunity to work with some of the most innovative companies in AI and machine learning, including startups competing at the highest level.A collaborative and supportive team environment focused on delivery excellence.Professional development and training on cutting-edge AI and technology trends.Flexible hybrid work model to support work-life balance.How to ApplyWe'd love to hear from you if you're passionate about sourcing exceptional technical talent and helping groundbreaking companies build their teams.
