Job Title: Lab Infrastructure Services EngineerWork Location: Santa Clara, CAJob Description:The lab infrastructure services engineer is responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the Custom Compute and Solutions (CCS) product labs. The person in this contract position is expected to have a deep understanding of data center management, Perform various tasks on different projects of CCS Engineering labs.Required Skills:3-5 years of technical experience, in a large-scale data center or IT infrastructure in the engineering lab environment.Manage and maintain the lab infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment and HW componentsExperience with standard lab equipment (e.g., Racks, test bed benches, switches, and power supplies)In-depth knowledge of System/OS level TCP/IP Networking is a must.Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work inside a data center environmentMust be able to rack-mount servers and connect required cablingMust be able to work extended hours inside a data center environment
