Description Title: Desktop Support Technician 4 days On-Site Technician for the Manhattan Office Bachelor's degree in a Technology Field.Some local travel may be required Some overtime may be required Must be knowledgeable of the following: Citrix XenDesktop Knowledge of Zendesk ticketing systemKnowledge of MDM/Intune deploymentPC Hardware and peripherals Microsoft Windows 10,11 operating systems Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 & other IT related applicationsFamiliarity with TeamViewer functionsEfficient troubleshooting skills Configuring new desktops, router, modems and similar devicesLAN connectivity/Troubleshooting Experience Vendor Support Network Printer support Mobile Devices/Tablets (Android, iOS) Multi-Factor Authentication Specific qualifications for the position include: Excellent user support skills Strong written and verbal skills Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to troubleshoot issues in an efficient manner Prioritizing tickets Ability to disassemble computer hardware and reassemble Ability to lift and move heavy equipment Must be a team player and be able to work well with others Ability to adapt and learn Strong organizational skills Self-Starter Customer Service Skills Setting up workstations for usersGood Documentation Skills Job Responsibilities: Ability to troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues on location as well as remotely. Ability to understand & articulate root cause of user issuesBuild, upgrade, deploy, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer equipment/peripherals including desktops, laptops, scanners and printersInstall, upgrade, deploy, test, maintain and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems, including Microsoft Windows 10 and 11.
