You'll be part of a dynamic in-house agency of 40+ talented professionals, collaborating with designers, a production studio, and a large marketing department in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn).Develop and publish creative content, maintain a social media calendar, and draft engaging copy.Handle community management, engaging with audiences and fostering connections.Ideate and create content to elevate social strategy, increase brand awareness, and meet organizational goals.Analyze performance metrics and report insights to optimize strategies and inform stakeholders.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and growth teams to ensure alignment.Support paid social efforts on platforms like Meta and TikTok, focusing on scholar and talent acquisition.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.3-5 years of experience managing organic social media; at least 1 year of paid media experience.Proficiency in social media platforms, tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Manager), and analytics.Strong creative, analytical, and organizational skills with an eye for detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, staying current on social trends and platforms.This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing your career within a collaborative and innovative organization.
