Litigation Paralegal

We are searching for a Litigation Paralegal for a small, dynamic law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services within the Personal Injury and Criminal Defense space. Experience with pre-litigation and litigation is a must. The position is responsible for all aspects of a claim and will work closely with the attorneys within the firm during the litigation phase. Prior experience as a paralegal is required, and experience at a personal injury firm would be a distinct advantage. You will be responsible for assisting with 15-20 cases at a time, handling discovery and pre-trial work, and going to trial as needed. Must Haves: 5 years of experience, 2+ years of experience working within Personal InjuryProficiency in Outlook and Clio.Trial ExperienceParalegal Cert or Associates DegreePlusses:Spanish bilingual is preferred.$60,000 to $70,000 per year annual salary.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
