Duties include but are not limited to: helping technical support & customer care teams with troubleshooting technical problems, repairing and maintaining medical equipment, testing and calibrating all equipment, documenting of errors/problems through an ERP system and other platforms. Other responsibilities may include sorting merchandise, maintaining supplies, verifying inventory, and helping the warehouse team at times.Duties and Responsibilities:Troubleshoot equipment either directly with tech support or our customer care teamMaintain and repair medical equipmentCalibrate and test equipment per ATP Report errors/problems through an ERP systemCommunicate equipment problems with our engineering department to correct themWritten communication skills with various departments and using our ERP systems.Reading of schematics for troubleshooting purposesPerform a variety of tasks directly related to quality and integrity of products and test methodsBasic circuit analysisAbility to use power meter, multi-meter, and oscilloscope Soldering for removal and adding of resistors, capacitors, or other components on PCB'sComplete service reports of equipment tested and/or repairedQualifications:Requires an Associate's Degree in Electronics or EngineeringMinimum 2-3 years' experienceBasic understanding of circuit analysis, and basic working knowledge of electrical equipment such as power supplies, multi-meter, and oscilloscope requiredAbility to use various hand toolsPossess good soldering skills, for removal and adding of resistors, capacitors, or other components on PCB'sComputer skills a must with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Must possess great analytical and problem-solving skillsMust have excellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking capabilityStrong Team player a mustMust be able to lift at least 50 lbs.Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Enterprise resource planning (ERP) experience is preferred, QAD is our current systemMedical device experience is a plusLaser experience is a plus
