Lease AdministratorPay Range: $35-40/hourLocation: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid - 3 days in-office)We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lease Administrator to join our client's team, reporting to the Assistant Lease Administration Manager. This role is integral to managing lease agreements and ensuring smooth lease administration operations across our portfolio. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate complex lease terms and financial data. Key ResponsibilitiesDaily/Weekly tasks:Oversee third-party consultants for timely posting of rent receipts and other receivables.Monitor tenant accounts for overdue balances and collaborate with Property Managers to resolve issues.Maintain accurate lease data, including tenant details, payment terms, and critical dates.Collaborate with the Assistant Lease Administration Manager to address discrepancies.Update and manage the Lease Document Tracker for lease agreements, amendments, and commencements.Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.Review and abstract lease terms for input into MRI, coordinating reviews with internal teams for approval.Store finalized abstracts in shared systems.Prepare and ensure accuracy of adjustment memos, monitor approvals, and oversee refund processing.Guide Property Managers on documentation for tenant move-outs, including security deposit reconciliations.Develop and audit filing systems for lease documents, Letters of Credit, and AR records.Monthly TasksEnsure timely submission and posting of monthly billings for services and charges.Resolve discrepancies with Property Managers.Distribute rent statements and address inquiries in collaboration with Property Managers.Annual/Ad Hoc TasksContribute to projects like portfolio analysis, system updates, and lease audits to improve operations. Act as a liaison between Lease Administration, Property Management, and Accounting teams.QualificationsExperience2-3 years in lease administration or property management, with expertise in lease data and financial reconciliations.EducationBachelor's degree preferred but not required.Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proactive problem-solving approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; MRI experience a plus.Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and consultants.
