In addition to SWAG, we've recently launched two exciting sub-brands, Hometown Brands and Rewind Golf, to diversify our offerings and attract new audiences.Position OverviewSWAG Golf is seeking a Buyer and Retail Coordinator to ensure product availability through PO placement, management and delivery into our ERP System to achieve set inventory goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced setting, has been in a data or admin role, is willing to collaborate with co-workers, and likes busy work.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for properly SKU'ing products and data entry into internal systems including Shopify and AcumaticaPlace purchase orders and transfer accurately within ERP systemCalculate correct order quantities according to inventory specificationsCommunicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure order accuracyPartner with finance and accounting to reconcile receiving and invoice issuesFollow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change ordersDevelop an effective and accurate system for monitoring purchase ordersPartner with inventory and receiving team to ensure order has been fulfilled and job has been completedFollow up on customer and vendor inquiries regarding delivery informationComplete reports and special projectsOther duties as assignedQualifications3+ years in a data entry job, requiredBachelors degree in business, preferredStrong communication skills including written, verbal, and listening skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize workloadExcellent attention to detail and multi-tasking abilityExcellent customer service skills including experience dealing with customers, vendors, distributors, manufacturers, etc.Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel, order processing systems, database management systems, internet research, spreadsheet, and ERP/ inventory softwareExcellent attention to detail and multi-tasking abilityPrior ERP Experience, requiredExperience working with Acumatica, preferredPurchasing/ buying within manufacturing business, preferredPassion for golf, design, and/or lifestyle brands is highly desirableProlonged periods sitting at a desk or standing when neededMust be able to lift up to 25 pounds at timesWhy SWAG Golf?At SWAG Golf, you'll be joining a team that thrives on creativity, innovation, and pushing boundaries.SWAG GOLF is an equal employment opportunity employer.
