For more information, visit .Role & ResponsibilitiesYour primary role as a Manufacturing Operator is to produce enzymes to advance our ezRNAâ„¢ synthesis platform. You will work closely with staff scientists and process engineers to produce, purify, and analyze EnPlusOne's proprietary enzymes and meet production targets in support of key technical milestones and projects. Additional responsibilities include thorough documentation, recording observations, troubleshooting mechanical issues, proposing process improvements, and preparing quality control reports. You will also be an instrumental part in EnPlusOne's expansion and scale up goals in 2025. Successful candidates are motivated, curious, flexible, and able to collaborate and communicate in a multidisciplinary environment.QualificationsHigh-school diploma or BS in related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations role in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industryPreference for experience in cGMP operations and GDPDesired SkillsExperienced in buffer preparation including weigh and dispense, liquid additions, pH adjustment, and applicable quality control tests (i.e. pH and conductivity)Experience operating standard protein purification unit operations including: bioreactors, TFF/MF, chromatography, UF/DF, and nanofiltrationExperience with chromatography support operations including resin slurry preparation, column packing, and column qualificationExperience operating Cytiva AKTA Pure systems and familiarity with UNICORN software is beneficial, however, not requiredExperience operating pumps, filtration, and performing filter integrity testing (FIT)Demonstrated ability for project management, digital record keeping, and maintenance of SOPs
