They are striving to make your neighborhood a better place to live, work and play and want you to join their team!Pay: $21.00 per hourSchedule: M-F 8:00 am-5:00 pmStatusTemp to hireLocation: Stanton, CA (no remote)What you'll be doing:Answer a high-volume of incoming calls forms residential and/or business customers regarding their waste and recycling serviceProvide exceptional customer service in a professional, positive and efficient mannerHandle complaints/concernsPerform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisorYour strengths and experience may include:Must have at least 2 years of call center experience, preferably in an inbound customer service departmentMust have excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience with industry knowledge to understand concept, practices and proceduresHigh volume call center experienceAble to work with KPI'sMust have a professional demeanorIntermediate to advanced level with Microsoft SoftwareBilingual Spanish is a plus
