Refrigeration Maintenance Manager

Brief DescriptionThe Refrigeration Manager of Maintenance is responsible for overseeing our Facility and HVAC Technicians. The manager will be responsible for all regulatory upkeep and scheduled maintenance keeping us compliant while assisting in overseeing contracts of third party vendors.Minimum Qualifications: Experience in High Tension Electric, Refrigeration, General Facility Maintenance, High Pressure Steam Boilers, HVAC, and air compressor systems.Responsibilities:Assigning tasks to technicians and following up on completions.Maintain and update preventative maintenance schedules.Work with other departments to plan maintenance projects.Budgeting of maintenance spend on parts, labor, and servicesLabor scheduling and planning.Working with external contractors.
