We foster a fast-paced, results-driven environment and are looking for a dynamic leader to join our executive team.We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial aspects of the company, including strategy, planning, analysis, financing/refinancing, and managing bank relationships, with a primary focus on the restaurant business. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in financing acquisitions through loan broker relationships, extensive experience in the restaurant franchise industry, and expertise in lending and compliance. The CFO will ensure financial accuracy, transparent reporting, and provide critical support to the CEO in driving the company's strategic direction.This position offers significant opportunities for professional growth, exposure, and compensation and reports directly to the CEO.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Financial ManagementDevelop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that align with the company's long-term goals.Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure organizational growth and profitability.Restaurant Franchise OperationsOversee financial operations for 60+ restaurant franchise locations, ensuring optimal cost control and profitability.Analyze multi-location financial performance and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and margins.Manage Financing and Refinancing ActivitiesOversee all aspects of financing and refinancing, including securing real estate loans.Maintain strong relationships with brokers and financial institutions and effectively navigate complex deal structure.Financing and Relationship ManagementOversee financing and refinancing efforts, including securing funding for acquisitions and expansions.Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, loan brokers, and industry partners.Leadership and ComplianceProvide strategic direction to the finance team, mentoring and developing a high-performing team.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations, including GAAP and IFRS standards.Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic acquisitions, integrating new locations seamlessly into the financial framework.Qualifications and RequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.MBA or CPA preferred.Experience10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior financial management role. Proven experience managing financial operations for 100+ restaurant franchise locations, including oversight of cost control, profitability, and performance optimization.
