Job Title: HRIS Manager (UltiPro/UKG Pro)Location: Hybrid - Seattle, WACompensation: Starting at $100,000+ annually, DOE (Depends on Experience)Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRIS Manager to take full ownership of our HRIS system, UltiPro/UKG Pro, and ensure it operates seamlessly across all HR functions. As the sole manager of this critical system, you will be responsible for overseeing its functionality, ensuring data integrity, and driving efficiency through automation and process improvements. This hybrid position, based in Seattle, WA, offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's HR operations.Key Responsibilities:System Administration:Serve as the sole manager and subject matter expert for UltiPro/UKG Pro.Configure and maintain the HRIS system to meet organizational needs, including workflows, reporting, and system updates.Ensure the system is optimized for efficiency and aligned with HR policies and practices.Data Integrity and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the system.Develop and generate regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business objectives.Conduct routine audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with applicable regulations.Process Improvement and Automation:Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within HR functions using the HRIS.Partner with HR leadership to streamline workflows and enhance system capabilities.Training and Support:Provide system training and ongoing support to HR staff, managers, and employees.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.Compliance and Security:Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and internal security standards.Manage system access and permissions to safeguard sensitive information.Collaboration and Leadership:Collaborate with HR, IT, payroll, and other departments to ensure system alignment with organizational goals.Act as the liaison with UKG/UltiPro support for system enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of hands-on HRIS experience, including a minimum of 3 years managing all functions within UltiPro/UKG Pro as the sole administrator.Strong technical proficiency with UltiPro/UKG Pro, including configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a hybrid work environment.Familiarity with other HR systems and integrations.Certification in HR or HRIS-related disciplines (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, UKG certifications).What We Offer:Competitive salary starting at $100,000+ annually, DOE.Flexible hybrid work schedule with a mix of remote and in-office days.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.Opportunities for professional development and growth.A collaborative and innovative work environment.
