Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinatorto join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand, generating leads, and supporting business development initiatives.Responsibilities:Proposal Development:Create and manage the production of high-quality proposals and qualification packages.Digital Marketing:Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.Brand Management:Manage and maintain our website and other digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.Marketing Assets:Create and manage a collection of marketing assets, such as narratives, graphics, photos, templates, and proposal materials.Event Coordination:Coordinate and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.Marketing Analytics:Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.Business Development Support:Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and pursue new opportunities.Public Relations:Support the firm's public relations efforts, including media outreach and awards submissions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field3+ years of marketing experience in the A/E/C industry or a design-related fieldStrong understanding of marketing principles and strategiesProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and social media platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA passion for design and a keen eye for detailIf you are a creative and self-motivated individual with a passion for design and a desire to contribute to the success of a leading architecture firm, we encourage you to apply.
